Camp Logistics & Policies
Our camps are designed to provide a safe, educational, and fun environment for all participants. Below are some common questions and answers regarding our logistics and policies.
What are the drop-off and pick-up times?
What should my child bring to camp?
Please pack a nut-free lunch and snacks for your child. We provide all necessary materials and tools for the projects.
What is your nut-free policy?
We maintain a strict nut-free environment to ensure the safety of all children. Please refrain from sending any food items containing nuts.
What is your refund or credit policy?
If you need to cancel, please contact us at least two weeks in advance to move the camp date. Cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be used as a credit towards other camps within 6 months.
What is the instructor to child ratio?
We maintain a low instructor-to-child ratio of 1:6 to ensure personalized attention and a safe learning environment.
