Welcome to Minimaker Camps, where creativity and innovation come to life! Our camps offer a fun and educational experience for kids aged 5-12, where they can explore STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) concepts through hands-on activities and projects.

CAMP Addresses

South Vancouver Studio is located at: 408 East Kent Ave, South Unit 110  | South Surrey Studio is located at:15585 24 Ave UNIT 109 | Our Vancouver Aquarium Camp is located at: 845 Avison Way.  Note that drop off for the Aquarium camp is located across from the back parking lot at the AQUAQUEST entreance – not the main Aquarium entreance. 

What to Bring:

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable camp experience, please make sure your child brings the following items:

1. Water Bottle: It’s important for campers to stay hydrated throughout the day, so please pack a refillable water bottle labeled with your child’s name.
2. Snacks and Lunch: Please pack at least one nutritious snack and a healthy lunch for your child. We recommend including items that your child enjoys and that will sustain them throughout the day.
3. Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Camp activities may take place both indoors and outdoors, so please dress your child accordingly for the weather. This may include sunscreen, hats, jackets, or rain gear depending on the forecast.

Important Notes:

• Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late for drop-off or pick-up, please call Minimakers directly to inform us. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your communication.
• Attendance: If your child is unable to attend camp for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. This helps us ensure the safety and well-being of all campers and allows us to make any necessary adjustments to our program.
• Daily Agendas: Our camps are not just about keeping kids busy; it’s about fostering growth, creating memories, and nurturing well-being. Our day’s are designed to provide a balance of fun, excitement and relaxation. Should you wish to know more about a day’s activity let us know. 
• Follow the Fun: An important concept for us at Minimakers.  We let the fun be our guide.  
• Minimakers strives to provide the absolute best experience for everyone, so please feel free to let us know if there is anything that would help ensure your child has a great time.

Refund Policy:

At Minimakers, we strive to provide an experience for kids unlike any other. To this end, a lot goes into making sure the experience exceeds expectations, including careful consideration of safety precautions, securing materials, and adhering to proper staffing ratios. Due to these important details, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for our programs.

Credit for Future Programs:

However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent a child from attending a scheduled program. In such cases, we are happy to offer credit for future Minimakers programs. This credit can be applied to any of our upcoming programs, providing flexibility and ensuring that your child can still enjoy the Minimakers experience at a later date.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Our goal is to provide a positive and enriching experience for every child who participates in our programs, and we remain committed to delivering on that promise.
