Ever wonder about what life is like for animals during the winter season? Are you ready to unlock your curiosity at the Greater Vancouver Zoo and become the ultimate Nature Explorer? Start your journey today with NATURE Explorers Camp by MINIMAKERS.

All your little ‘ZOO MAKERS’ will create and construct educational seasonal enrichment for a variety of animals, all while learning about the importance of biology, conservation, and zoology.

Kids of all ages will get hands-on and build zoo gadgets, animal models and incredible inventions of their own design. Using child-safe tools, your child will learn how to take their ideas and turn them into real creations – all the while building lifelong skills in science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM), all with a unique zoological focus only at the Greater Vancouver Zoo.

This unique experience will help contribute to the impact of conservation real as your little ZOO MAKER will learn everything there is to know about a zoo’s role in preserving the natural world.
